Dato’ Abdul Rahman Mohd Noor

 Dato’ Abdul Rahman had served the Malaysian Government as a Civil Servant from 1972 to 2004 when he retired as Deputy Secretary General in the Ministry of Transport.

Throughout his long and distinguished career he has  at one time or another served as a member of the  Board of Directors of KTMB (Railways), ALAM (Akademi Laut Malaysia), BERNAS (Beras Nasional), MIMA, Pulau Pinang Port Commission, Segamat Inland Port, Port Klang Authority, Port of Tanjung Pelepas, Kemaman Port Authority and Bintulu Port.

He had served as Chairman of the Steering Committee of the Rawang-Ipoh double tracking railway project, Chairman of the Steering Committee of the Miri, Limbang and Bintulu Airport Projects, Chairman of the Tanjung Pelepas Port Coordination Committee and Chairman of the ERL coordination Committee.

Dato’ Abdul Rahman brings to MMDC a wealth of experience and exposure in Malaysian and International Public Sector and Private Corporate environment.

He is currently serving as Chairman/Director of several other companies involved in the Defense, Information Technology and Railway Industries in Malaysia.
